Wildbet Terms and Conditions – Know before you play

1General Information & Eligibility

2Account Registration & Eligibility

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• A minimum wagering requirement must be fulfilled to withdraw bonus funds — typically 30x the deposit plus the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing from Wildbet is a simple and straightforward process. However, the following rules apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered to your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. In special cases, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Wildbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

The following terms and conditions apply to all gaming activity:

7Prohibited Activities

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
